MonthsDifference Method

Member of ISDateUtilities
Returns the "whole" number of Months between two dates. Times are ignored. Dates are exclusive, ie send 1/1 to 1/2 (=1 month, 0 days) not 1/1 to 31/1.

Date1 can be after Date2, but in this case the whole months works backwards from the later date - and CAN differ. Eg, 29/1/2008->28/2/2009 = 13 months, 0 days 28/2/2009->29/1/2008 = 12 months, 30 days

Syntax

ISDateUtilities.MonthsDifference(date1, date2, [days])

Parameters
