Convert the Integer value of a colour to its HTML value

Syntax

ISColourUtilities.HtmlColourFromOleValue(oleColourValue)

Parameters

Return Value

String

The HTML value of the colour. If the Integer value is -1 (no colour) then an empty String is returned.
