ISAddressShortList Class - finPOWER Connect Business Layer

Functionality for handling Short Address Lists used for Postcode lookups.

	GetSuburbsList	Retrieves list of Suburbs from the Address database filtered by City and State.

	PostCodeSearch	Searches for Postcodes that match the supplied details.
