Is the User a Workflow Manager?
Check the checkbox if the user is a Workflow Manager. Workflow Managers can view other Users workflows if they are defined as their Supervisor via the Task Manager or they can allocate Workflows to other Users.
Supervisor
Select a supervisor from the dropdown list.
Categories
Define the Workflow categories that this Workflow Manager can allocate. A Workflow Manager can allocate a User to unallocated Workflows that match this range ie. Workflows based on Workflow Types with a category that falls within the specified range.
