Security, Users, Disable or Enable an Existing User

To open the Users form, from the
Tools
menu, click
User Security
.
To disable or enable an Existing User
Make sure the correct User is identified in the
User
dropdown list.
Click the
button.
Check the
Active
checkbox to enable the User, or uncheck the
Active
checkbox to disable the user.
When the User is not active the User will not be able to log into the Company Database.
