To search for a record, e.g. a Client record, you must enter the Client's unique code. There are two ways to locate this code.
If your database allows Dropdown Lists, the Dropdown List displays both the code and Name/Description of the record. This allows the user to scroll through a List to locate the record.
The complex search facilities allow a more comprehensive search. This facility allows the user to search or order a wider range of fields within the record.
