The Parameters Page is where you define the Parameters.

The Parameter Type defines the role that parameter will play. See the New Parameter Details Page to learn more about each Parameter Type.

Column	Description
Drilldown	Click to open the Parameter for viewing or editing
Type	Text description of the type of parameter
Icon	Icons are used to visually denote the different types of Parameters, (see below for icon descriptions).
UDF	User Defined Field the parameter maps to (where applicable)
Name	The Name of the Parameter
Caption	The Caption for display. This will default from the Name field if nothing is entered
Visible	Tick to make the Parameter appear on the Page. You might not make some parameters visible if they are simply for calculation or space holders
Value	Displays any default values
Expression	Displays the expression used to calculate the parameter, if an expression has been set
Permission Key	Any Permission Key set to prevent users editing the parameter
