The Credit Bureau Interface allows a client to perform Bank Account Enquiries, record Credit Enquiries and Credit Defaults using the interface. The functionality of this area replicates what many clients already do manually, but allows you to do it from within finPOWER Connect using existing records. The resulting Credit Report or Bank Enquiry is then stored within finPOWER Connect Client records.
You can perform a Credit Enquiry on an existing Client, and a log entry is saved. Alternatively you can perform an Ad-hoc Credit Enquiry on any Person or Company.

The Credit Reporting AU service is available, however it does not support uploading of Defaults, rather it is used as a placeholder for the Comprehensive Credit Report Export.
