Alternatively, leave the Client blank to perform an Ad-Hoc enquiry.
Tick the relevant checkboxes for the checks required.
If this is not an ad hoc enquiry, the information will populate from the Client record.
If a Client was selected in Step 1, a log will be created and saved to the Client which includes a copy of the report.
Where an Ad-Hoc report was created for a Client not in the database, the report can be searched for and viewed again via the Audit search, which can be found in the menu option, Report, Audit Search.
