New Organisation Personnel or Officers

Role Type

Specify the client's role within the organisation.

This list is defined by the RoleTypes Information List.

Person Acting

Specify if the client is a person acting on behalf of the Organisation.

Name

The details of the client's Employer, or select the Client. Click Open Form Button to open to the Client form.

Period

Specify the Personnel or Officer's Employment Period. Leave the to date blank if the position is still current.

Occupation

The Personnel or Officer's occupation.

This list is defined by the Occupations Information List.

Job Title

The Personnel or Officer's Job Title.

This list is defined by the JobTitle Information List.

Type

The Personnel or Officer's type of employment.

This list is defined by the EmploymentType Information List.

Basis

The Personnel or Officer's employment basis, Eg. specifies if the client is full-time or part-time.

This list is defined by the EmploymentBasis Information List.

Phone No

Specify the Employee's phone number and extension if applicable.
