Client Logs, Replying to a Log

To Reply to an existing Log

  1. Select the existing log to reply/continue thread.
  2. Click ReplytoLog Button to create the thread between the logs.
  3. Client, Log Reply, General Page

  4. Enter the Log Details. Note the Client, Date, time and Subject will default.
  5. Enter any notes applicable to the Log Note.
  6. Enter the date the log note should be monitored in.
  7. DateAdd7 - To move the action date forward by 7 days.

    DateAdd14 - To move the action date forward by 14 days.

    DateAdd1M - To move the action date forward by 1 month.

  8. Optionally enter the Action time.
  9. If the task has been completed enter the date completed. Completed Action items may be omitted from the Reminder List.
  10. Optionally enter the Completed time.
  11. Select the Other Page.
  12. CLient, Reply Log, Other Page

  13. Select the Log Severity if applicable for this log note.
  14. Select the User that created this log.
  15. Optionally define the User that this log is to be delegated too.
  16. Click Save Button to save the log.
