Select the ID Type. This list is populated with the items from Admin/Identification Types.
Specify the Issuer of the Identification. This can be defined as an Information List on the ID Type.
Specify the date the Identification was issued and expires.
Tick this box if the Identification is no longer current, but you don't know the exact date this Identification expired. If this box is ticked, the Identification record will not show as Current, even if nothing is entered in the "Expires" field above.
If you are licenced for Document Manager you can specify the file name the identification is linked to.
