Select from the dropdown list the Bank Account that you would like to view; there is a file that is imported that populates the list.
You can also add a new one if required.
If you select a Bank Branch from the dropdown list then the fields below will be pre-populated with the relevant information.
Bank/Branch
This is the numeric Bank and Branch code and is a six digit code. The first two numbers are the Bank code and the next four numbers are the Branch.
Bank Name
- Short Name - This is the Select from the dropdown list the Bank's short name, this will populate the Name field.
- Name - The Name of the Bank related to the code defined.
- Branch - The Branch of the Bank related to the code defined.
Contact Details
- Phone - Enter the phone number for the Branch.
- Facsimile - The fax number for the Banks Branch.
Address
The address for the Banks Branch.
