The Minimum Payment History form displays a grid view of changes to the Account's minimum payment basis. The first line is always the Minimum Payment basis when the Account was opened. This line cannot be cancelled, and will always show in the grid.
Columns available for display in the grid are:
Column | Description |

Status | Displays as Complete or Cancelled. |
Date | The date the Payment basis was created |
Reference | Displays the Reference, as entered when changing the Minimum Payment basis. This will be "Opening" for the original record. |
Minimum Payment | The basis for calculating the Minimum Payment amount. |
Due Days | Displays the number of days after the Minimum Payment is calculated before it becomes due for payment. |
Hold To | Displays the date Minimum Payments will not be created before, if a date has been entered. |
Notes | Displays any Notes entered in the 'Reason' field when changing the Minimum Payment basis, as well as the Authoriser of the change. |
Basis | Displays the short Basis, as selected in the change wizard. |
Direct Debit | The amount that will be Direct Debited when the Minimum Payment comes due. Options are Minimum Payment or Full Balance, depending on the selection made in the change wizard. |
Percentage | Displays the percentage, if the Minimum Payment Basis is calculated as a Percentage of the Balance. |
Value | Displays the Set Value, if the Minimum Payment Basis is calculated as a Set Value. |
Residual | Displays the Residual Balance of the Account, if one has been defined in the New Account wizard. |
End Date | Displays the date the Minimum Payment is due to end, if an end date has been set. |
Created | Displays the Date and Time the Minimum Payment was changed. |
Creator | The Id of the User that made the change. |
