finPOWER Connect uses a wizard to close Accounts. This allows you to step through all the details that may be required to close an Account in a logical order.
Default information is held on the Account Type, Close Options page.
Closing an Account
There are two methods of opening the Account Close wizard:
- Click
Close Account in the Action List on the left of the Accounts form to Close the Account currently displayed. - From the Account menu, select Close Account and choose an Account to close.
